Ruppert Landscape is seeking a Project Manager – Landscape Installation to oversee commercial landscape construction from start to finish, ensuring on-time delivery, on-budget performance, and quality standards. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred; substitutions allowed.
• Understanding of construction site operations and best practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams through communication and delegation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong negotiation skills with customers and vendors.
• Highly organized with time management and adaptability.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships with coworkers, vendors, customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial landscape construction projects from startup to completion.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials while executing diverse scopes.
• Oversee project costs and billing with weekly/monthly financial reporting.
• Maintain forecasting and cost management to hit gross profit targets.
• Review blueprints and specs to ensure quality and compliance with contracts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules for timely completion.
• Prepare estimates, bids, change orders, and project documents.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to monitor progress, safety, and schedule.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partners with proactive communication.
