Dear Garden Associates, Inc. in Bucks County, PA is seeking a Landscape Installation Foreperson to lead our install crews on design/build garden projects, including plantings, stonework and lighting.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years installing plants and hardscapes, a valid driver's license, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to read landscape plans. We offer a week of paid vacation, health/dental benefits and a retirement package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience installing plant materials and hardscaping.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Experience managing a crew and following a schedule.
• Ability to read landscape plans and work with natural stone walls and patios.

Responsibilities

• Lead crew to install projects professionally and safely.
• Communicate project progress and needs to Project Manager.
• Complete job paperwork accurately and on time.
