Job summary
Five Seasons Landscape Management Inc. is hiring a Landscape Installation Crew Member at our Reynoldsburg, OH location.
This hands-on role includes installing trees, shrubs, perennials, and performing lawn and landscape installations, plus hardscape work and pruning. We offer weekly pay, premium snow pay, PTO/holiday pay, medical/dental/vision and life insurance, a 401k with company match, and paid certification/education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience in landscape install or construction preferred.
- Valid driver's license and able to be insured by the company; license may be required.
- Willingness to learn and work outdoors in varying weather.
- Punctual and reliable daily attendance.
Responsibilities
- Install trees, shrubs, and perennials; perform landscape and lawn installations.
- Hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls); large-scale pruning and other landscape construction tasks.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Installation Crew members to join our team at our Reynoldsburg branch. This role reports to the Field Manager and will be assigned daily tasks such as tree, shrub, and perennial plant installation, brush removal, new landscape and lawn installation, hardscape installation (including pavers and retaining walls), large-scale pruning, and other landscape construction projects. This is a hands-on role working in all types of outdoor weather.
- Pay range: $18.00-$21.00/per hour (based on experience)
