Landscape Installation Crew Leader - Foreman Track

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Charleston, SC

Pay: $22-$25/hour (DOE)

What You'll Do

• Work alongside your crew installing high-quality landscapes from start to finish
• Support, motivate, and encourage crew members as you develop your leadership skills
• Follow landscape plans, drawings, and daily project direction with attention to detail
• Apply and grow your knowledge of grading, drainage, planting, and landscape construction
• Help keep projects moving forward on time and to a high standard
• Operate company tools and equipment safely, and uphold jobsite safety
• Interact with clients and prospects in a professional, courteous manner
• Help our team grow - giving and receiving constructive feedback with respect

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of landscaping, landscape installation, or related outdoor work experience preferred
• Interest in growing into a leadership role within the Landscape Division
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and a drive to complete projects with high-quality resultsBasic understanding of grading, drainage, planting, and landscape construction preferred
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to follow plans, drawings, instructions, and daily direction
• Strong knowledge of Charleston plant materials preferred (training available)
• Able to handle physical activity - lifting, loading, digging, planting, and working outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to drive tractors with trailers a plus (training available)
