YWCA Central Alabama is seeking a Landscape & Grounds Technician to maintain outdoor areas at downtown Birmingham properties. The role reports to the Senior Director Facilities and supports Facilities Management in keeping grounds clean, safe, and presentable.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, debris removal, and coordinating with the Facilities Department on minor maintenance and safety concerns.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous landscaping/grounds maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to safely operate lawn care equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain lawns, landscaped areas, sidewalks, parking lots, and exterior areas.
• Mow, edge, trim, weed, rake, mulch on a regular schedule.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and exterior surfaces as assigned.
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and report issues to Facilities Manager.
