Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for both manual and automatic vehicles.
• General knowledge of maintenance operations or practical trades training.

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim grass and lawns; fertilize lawns, trees, and shrubs.
• Plant and care for flowers; trim, prune and mulch trees, hedges, and shrubs.
• Keep equipment in good working order and report malfunctions.
• Dig holes for shrubs and trees; rake dirt, grass, and leaves.
• Remove snow and ice and apply salt or sand as needed.
• Load materials and equipment on trucks for transport.
• Remove trash and recycling from common areas daily.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading kayaks.
