Smith Lawnscapes LLC in Michigan is seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our family-oriented landscape construction and maintenance team. You will prep jobsites, assist with patios, walkways, walls and other projects, and help with material handling in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Landscaping or construction experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather.
• Strong safety and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare jobsites for landscape and construction projects.
• Assist with patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences & other projects.
• Dig trenches, perform land clearing and prepare landscape areas.
• Plant and maintain lawns and garden beds.
• Load, unload and transport materials, tools and equipment.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Perform basic daily equipment inspections, cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist Crew Leaders with daily project needs.
• Read and follow basic plans, measurements and project specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
