You will perform site prep, grading, drainage, and hardscaping tasks on local projects while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

Experience in landscaping or construction preferred.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor.
Willingness to learn and a strong work ethic.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform site preparation, grading, leveling, and excavation
Assist with drainage systems, base materials, and site layouts
Help complete landscaping and hardscaping projects
Safely operate and maintain tools and equipment
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with Crew Leaders and other team members
Follow company quality and safety standards
