Job summary

Mercer County Works is seeking a supervisory grounds maintenance worker in New Jersey. You will lead a crew, operate mowers, blowers, and weed eaters, and ensure proper planting and pruning practices are followed.

The role requires training others, willingness to work overtime during peak seasons, and potential snow removal duties in winter. A valid driver’s license is a plus but not required. This on-site position emphasizes physical stamina and teamwork.
