Job summary

TM Landscape Solutions, Inc. in Seneca, SC is seeking dependable landscape crew members to join our team. The role focuses on mowing, edging, trimming, and edging, as well as weed control, mulch installation, and assisting with landscape installations.

You will operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools safely, keep sites clean, and communicate professionally with crew leaders and customers. No prior experience required; on-the-job training and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees.
• Install mulch, plants, sod, and seasonal flowers.
• Weed and maintain landscape beds.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand tools.
• Clean up properties and remove debris after each service.
• Assist with landscape installation, drainage, irrigation, and other enhancement projects.
• Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.
• Communicate with crew leaders and customers in a respectful and professional manner.
