Job summary

Great Oaks Landscape Associates, located in Novi, Michigan, is seeking a Landscape Foreman to lead and supervise a crew of up to eight members on installation projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 yr experience in the landscape industry.
• 5 years prior landscaping experience required, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Supervise landscape installation operations.
• Review landscape design with landscape designer & project managers.
• Train and mentor landscaping crew employees;
• Supervise employees on the job site
• Operate landscape installation equipment
• Install plants, shrubs, and trees
• Ensure work aligns with plans, specs, and client expectations
