Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscape maintenance and construction.
• Landscape experience – 2 years.
• Ability to pass TCA's driving requirements.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Valid drivers’ license and ability to meet TCA guidelines for driver eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain TCA company standards in all interactions with clients and personnel.
• Assist managers in conducting morning safety meetings.
• Ensure daily safety inspections of equipment, vehicles, and job site.
• Complete daily paperwork including employee timesheets, mileage, vehicle/equipment usage, and billing sheets for extra work.
• Perform landscape and street maintenance duties—including pruning, planting, and mowing—and repair unsafe equipment as needed.
• Communicate with Supervisor on crew, equipment, and job-related concerns.
