Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and dedicated Landscape Installation Foreman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing landscape installation projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality of work is completed on time and within budget. As a foreman, you will lead and supervise a team of landscapers, and manage project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead landscape installation teams on various projects
• Ensure quality control by inspecting the work completed and providing guidance to team members
• Coordinate and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met
• Train and mentor crew members on best practices, safety, and technical skills
• Ensure all equipment is in good working order and properly maintained
• Manage the materials and tools needed for each project
• Communicate with clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns
• Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscape installation (2+ years preferred)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and tools
• Ability to read and understand landscape plans and blueprints
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in both team and independent settings
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work
• Valid driver’s license
