Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance.
• At least 2 years in a management role.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license.

• Manage daily field operations ensuring efficiency and quality.
• Monitor crew productivity and address performance issues.
• Oversee scheduling, route assignments, and equipment allocation.
