Job summary

Landscape Workshop in Valparaiso, FL is urgently hiring full-time Landscape Field Managers to lead crews and deliver top-quality outdoor maintenance for diverse properties. Required: valid driver's license, ability to work outside in all weather, lift up to 50 lbs, operate landscape tools, and at least one year of related experience.

You will lead, train, and schedule the crew while communicating with clients to address property needs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate walk-behind mowers up to 80 lbs.
• Experience operating landscape equipment safely (string trimmers, pruners, mowers, edgers, etc.).
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to manage a weekly schedule.
• Motivated to provide high-quality service with strong time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, lead, and train crew members when needed.
• Ability to identify and address quality issues as they arise.
• At least 1 year relevant experience.
• English-speaking preferred; bilingual is a plus.
