Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Able to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification.
• No DUI/DWI convictions or reckless driving within last 3 years.
• Valid state-issued driver's license with clean driving record.
• May be required to pass MVR background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance in parking lots, exteriors, and surrounding areas.
• Operate specialized landscape equipment and vehicles.
• Collaborate with associates to manage landscaping and exterior upkeep.
• Adhere to safety, security, and regulatory policies (OSHA/EPA).
• Evaluate landscaping needs and implement sustainable upgrades.
