Job summary

Ruppert Landscape, located in Gainesville, Virginia, is looking for a dedicated professional to manage estimating workflows and provide complete proposals ahead of deadlines. You will assist customers with technical inquiries and lead reviews of plans to define scopes of work.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Strong oral and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• 1 year minimum experience preferred, but not necessary for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage estimating workflow to provide complete proposals before bid deadlines.
• Assist customers with technical information and pricing during pre-construction.
• Review plans and specifications to determine scope of work.
• Define scopes of work for various trades.
• Review bids with Branch and Division Managers.
