Residential Landscaping | Estimating | Sales | Garden Construction
Are you from a landscaping background with a good understanding of garden construction, estimating and project delivery?
I'm working with an established landscaping business in Hampshire that's looking for someone to join its sales and estimating team, following the retirement of a long-serving member of staff.
This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll be involved in projects from the initial enquiry through to quotation, securing the work and overseeing delivery.
It's a good opportunity for someone who enjoys the commercial side of landscaping but still wants to stay involved with the projects themselves.
You'll be joining an established team, working predominantly on residential landscaping projects.
You'll meet customers, understand what they're looking to achieve, put together accurate quotations and help turn enquiries into confirmed work.
Day to day, you'll be involved in:
You'll be working closely with the Landscape Manager and the wider team, with a good mix of office work, customer meetings and site visits.
The most important thing is a good understanding of landscaping construction and how to price projects accurately.
You could already be working as a Landscape Estimator, Sales Manager or Project Manager, or you might be an experienced Landscaper or Site Manager looking to move into a more commercial role.
Ideally, you'll have:
You don't need to be a qualified garden designer. The priority is finding someone who understands how landscaping projects are built, what they cost and how to deliver them profitably.
