Job summary

Landscape Construction Group is seeking a Landscape Operative to support landscape construction projects across the South of England, with the main office in Basingstoke. The role involves assisting skilled landscapers in soft and hard landscaping tasks such as planting, paving, soil preparation and site preparation.

You will work as part of a team, loading materials, helping with paving and fencing, and ensuring safety and organization on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping or construction is desirable.
• Must be physically fit and capable of outdoor work.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Valid green CSCS Labourers card (ROLO).
• Full UK Driving License.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading materials.
• Assisting with paving, edging and fencing installation.
• Topsoil preparation and grading.
• Planting, turfing and seeding.
• Operating hand tools safely.

Salary

Competitive, dependent on experience and qualifications.

[PAYE: Salary £27,000 - £32,000]

[CIS: £140 - £170 per day]

Role Overview

To assist with the delivery of landscape construction projects, working safely and efficiently as part of a team. They will assist skilled landscapers in carrying out soft and hard landscaping activities such as planting, paving and soil preparation.

Health & Safety Responsibilities

Work in accordance with company Health & Safety policies. Follow company RAMS, PPE requirements and environmental procedures.

Essential Requirements

Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Be reliable and punctual. Must be physically fit and capable of outdoor work. Ability to work as part of a team. Right to work in the UK. Valid green CSCS Labourers card (ROLO). Full UK Driving License.

Desirable Qualifications
