Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking an Equipment Operator to load, unload, and move landscape supplies. You’ll operate front-end loaders, skid steers, and excavators while following safety policies and maintaining equipment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, be 18+, and able to lift 50 pounds or more. The role requires working in varied weather and could involve other branch duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment listed in the job description.
• Knowledge of safety and maintenance protocols for heavy machinery.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and endure extreme weather.
• Experience in landscaping, hardscape, forestry, nursery, or irrigation is a plus.
• Ability to read and write logs and maintain daily equipment checklists.
• High school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators safely and proficiently.
• Clean and maintain equipment as scheduled or required.
• Inform branch leadership of equipment maintenance or repairs needs.
• Assist with receiving materials, inventory, order processing, and other labor tasks.
