Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to perform small-scale landscaping and maintain the grounds of commercial properties, including planting, mulching, pruning trees, and lawn care. Duties include removing and replacing grass, laying mow strips, operating mowers and trimmers, watering, fertilizing, and transporting materials between sites.

Qualifications

6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge to identify proper amount of water application and penetration.
Possess strong stamina and have the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Ability to operate a truck with trailer/gate and ramp for loading, unloading and transport of equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform plant removal, replanting of lawn, converting lawn areas to planters, or planters to lawn.
Replace broken sidewalk, lay mow strips, mulch, prune, and plant trees.
Water plants, lawns, and gardens.
Apply fertilizer in accordance with scheduled use and application standards.
Operate lawn maintenance equipment including a 36" mower, blower, gas powered trimmer, and other power equipment.
Transport materials between sites and handle tools for job sites.
