Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to execute small-scale landscaping operations and maintain the grounds of commercial properties. The role supports various grounds functions and requires physical work outdoors.

Responsibilities include planting, lawn conversion, sidewalk work, and equipment operation. A current driver’s license is required, with experience in irrigation and cement-related tasks preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of water application and penetration.
• Current driver license.
• Knowledge to adjust sprinkler heads and cement prep.
• Experience with cement finishing and pouring.
• Ability to operate a truck with trailer and ramp for loading/unloading.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, lawn replanting, and converting lawn areas to planters or planters to lawn.
• Replace broken sidewalk, lay mow strips, mulch, prune, and plant trees.
• Backups to interior landscaping maintenance, irrigation technology and grounds personnel.
• Remove or plant grass; use garden tools such as rakes, shovels, and picks.
• Dig trenches and set up cement forms for sidewalks and planters.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment (36" mower, blower, trimmer).
• Water plants, lawns and gardens; apply fertilizer per schedule.
