Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to perform small scale landscaping operations and maintain grounds of commercial properties. This role emphasizes physical outdoor work, operating basic lawn and trenching equipment, and assisting with planting, mulching, and pruning.

Candidates should have at least 6 months of landscape experience (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Current driver's license required.
• Ability to operate a variety of landscaping equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work outdoors.
• Experience with cement pours is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, lawn replanting, and planter conversions.
• Back up interior, landscaping maintenance, irrigation, and grounds roles as needed.
• Remove or plant grass and use garden tools (rakes, shovels, picks).
• Dig trenches and set up cement forms for sidewalk/light projects.
• Maintain trees and shrubs using pruning and trimming equipment.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment (36" mower, blower, trimmer).
• Water plants, lawns, and gardens; apply fertilizer per schedule.
