Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a hands-on Enhancement Laborer to perform small-scale landscaping operations and maintain grounds for commercial properties. The role involves planting, weed control, mulching, pruning, and basic cement forms as needed.

You will operate lawn care equipment, water and fertilize vegetation, and support related grounds tasks while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to operate standard landscaping tools and equipment.
• Current driver license or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, replanting, lawn conversions, and sidewalk work.
• Back up to interior landscaping, irrigation, and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Operate lawn equipment including a 36" mower, blower, and gas trimmer.
• Water plants, lawns, and gardens; apply fertilizer per standards.
• Assist with cement forms and planting operations; load and transport materials.
