Job summary

The Greenery, Inc. is seeking an Enhancement Crew Member to perform a wide range of landscaping duties on commercial properties. Responsibilities include sod installation, planting, irrigation, hardscape work, and other enhancements using hand tools and power equipment.

Candidates should be comfortable lifting 40–50 lbs, reading English, and working OT as needed. Prior landscape or construction experience is preferred but not required. This role emphasizes safety and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Ability to use manual tools (shovels, picks, rakes, hand shears) and mechanized equipment.
• Work from elevated heights such as an 8’ A-frame ladder.
• Knowledge of plant care, watering, and fertilizer application standards.
• Ability to read and write in English; bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape enhancement tasks such as laying sod and planting trees, shrubs, and flowers.
• Water, fertilize, mulch, prune, trim, and weed areas as needed.
• Install sprinklers and irrigation systems and hardscape features.
• Operate hand and power equipment including mowers, trimmers, pruners, and shears.
• Load, unload and transport tools and materials between sites, keeping areas clean and organized.
