Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to perform small-scale landscaping operations and maintain grounds for commercial properties. Primary duties include planting, mulching, mowing, and general site maintenance to ensure attractive landscapes.

Experience in commercial landscaping preferred; a valid driver license is required. This is a physical outdoor role with safety gear provided and opportunities for a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to operate common lawn maintenance tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of water and plant care basics is a plus.
• Willingness to perform physical outdoor work and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, replanting of lawn, converting lawn areas to planters, or planters to lawn.
• Replace broken sidewalk, lay mow strips, mulch, prune, and plant trees.
• Serve as backup to interior, landscaping maintenance, gardening, irrigation technology and grounds person functions.
• Remove or plant grass, utilize garden tools including rakes, shovels, and other hand tools.
• Dig trenches and set up cement forms for sidewalk replacement and landscaping features.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment including mower, blower, and gas powered trimmer.
• Water plants, lawns, and gardens; apply fertilizer per schedule.
• Handle materials and transport between sites; manage tools and equipment.
