Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to perform small-scale landscaping, maintain grounds, and support commercial properties. The role includes removing and planting grass, mulching, pruning, and operating mowers and trimmers to keep landscapes pristine.

Position requires physical stamina, ability to work outdoors in various weather, and a valid driver’s license. Prior landscaping experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Current driver's license.
• Knowledge to adjust sprinkler heads and finish cement surfaces.
• Experience operating landscaping equipment and trucks with trailers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, lawn replanting, planters vs lawn conversion, sidewalks work, mulch and tree planting.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment including a 36" mower, blower, gas powered trimmer.
• Water plants and apply fertilizer per schedule.
• Handle tools and transport materials between sites.
