Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. in Phoenix is seeking a reliable Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to head on-site crews across the metro area. You will guide a small team to install plantings, sod, turf, hardscape, and irrigation updates, ensuring quality and safety.

The role demands hands-on leadership, the ability to operate equipment, work in Arizona heat, and coordinate daily tasks, with opportunities for advancement toward supervisory or estimator roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in landscape construction/enhancement.
• At least 1 year in a lead role.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme heat.
• English/Spanish bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train a crew of 2–4 on daily tasks and quality.
• Lead morning site briefings, assign tasks, and end-of-day cleanup.
• Track daily progress, material usage, and crew timekeeping.
• Oversee hardscape work and irrigation modifications.
• Ensure safe equipment operation and transport crew between sites.
