Bemus Landscape is seeking a full-time Enhancement Crew Leader in California. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience leading a landscape enhancement crew and a passion for creating beautiful spaces.

Responsibilities include installing hardscape, turf, shrubs, and trees; supervising and training team members; ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion; and maintaining equipment and job sites.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience leading a landscape enhancement crew.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead a landscape enhancement crew to install hardscape, turf, shrubs and trees.
• Train, delegate and support team members while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Ensure procedures, safety, and quality standards are followed on-site.
