Our Land Planning market follows a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates the combined expertise of civil engineers, landscape architects, planners and surveyors. We excel at projects both large and small in scale-whether it's creating site plans for a development, designing public spaces and bike/pedestrian paths, or incorporating green, low-impact features that help improve a community's quality of life. Responsibilities:

  • Perform work on all phases of various landscape architectural projects, including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination, and correlation of construction drawings.
  • Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents.
  • Develop, modify, and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.
  • Research materials to determine appropriate selection for the project.
  • Plan, coordinate, and administer projects from the initial programming stages all the way through to construction administration.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university. Must be pursuing licensure.
  • Minimum of 2 years of job-related design experience required. Summer Internship experience is OK. Strongly prefer large commercial/municipal/residential/parks landscape design project experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using AutoCAD, Land-FX, Sketchup, REVIT, and PhotoShop.
  • Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
