Job summary

Lindgren Landscape in Northern Colorado is seeking a designer to design and sell residential landscape projects, combining design skills with organization and communication. You will work on finding and capturing sales leads, reporting to the Design-Build Sales Manager and collaborating with Operations, Project Managers, Construction Foreman, and Sub-Contractors.

Salary ranges from $65k to $150k plus commission based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in landscape design or landscape architecture.
• 2-3 years sales experience required; 3-5 years in residential landscape construction and design.
• Sketchup: 1 year and AutoCAD: 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Meets with clients to design and sell installation projects; maintains client relations.
• Prepares site plans, drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for landscape construction.
• Regularly visit sites to ensure the client’s vision is implemented and manage client relations.
• Generate CAD plans and 3D models.
• Create submittals for estimating and production; process change orders.
• Track and pursue new sales opportunities; research materials and techniques.
