Job summary

Lindgren Landscape, an award-winning landscape design/build/maintain company serving Northern Colorado, seeks a hands-on Landscape Construction Crew Lead. You will lead a crew of up to 6, implement projects, and ensure safety and quality workmanship while maintaining client relations.

Required 4+ years in residential landscape construction and 3 years installation, plus crew management experience. Benefits include PTO, health, life, and a 401(k) plan. Hours vary with business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; landscape certification preferred.
• Landscape industry certification preferred.
• 3 years landscape installation experience required.
• 4+ years residential landscape construction experience required.
• Crew management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct Crews to produce an excellent and profitable product.
• Emphasize safe use of tools and training on safety procedures.
• Be onsite ambassador to clients with high-quality customer service.
• Teach and train crewmembers as needed.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, tools, and vehicles.
• Complete project documentation in an organized manner.
• Forecast equipment, labor, and material needs for efficiency.
