Job summary

Apex Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Landscape Designer with a strong sales component to design and sell projects for residential and commercial clients. You will guide clients through the design process, ensuring an excellent experience from initial concept to final installation.

The role combines design expertise with sales responsibilities, requiring collaboration with the VP of Sales and coordination with construction teams to meet client objectives and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

Builds and maintains a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
Meet with clients to identify design and vision needs; suggest products/services based on budgets and designs.
Develop and present plans based on client requests to help visualize outcomes.
Analyze site conditions to create harmonious and aesthetically pleasing designs.
Prepare schematic, preliminary, and final drawings for clients; draft site plans and topographic maps.
