Job summary

Growth Factor Group, Inc. seeks a creative business-builder for a premium residential landscape design-build leader role in the Missouri market.

You will manage sales, client relationships, and oversee design and construction from concept to sign-off. You will lead affluent homeowner engagements, direct estate-level hardscape and water features, and refine estimating, job costing, and KPI tracking using Aspire.

Qualifications

• Degree in Landscape Design or related field preferred.
• Proven sales leadership and profitable delivery track record in premium residential markets.
• Design and construction documentation skills (AutoCAD), Aspire or CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead affluent homeowner relationships from consultation to walkthrough, closing contracts while protecting margins, design intent, and client satisfaction.
• Direct estate-level design and execution - hardscape, water features, planting, lighting, grading, drainage - managing schedules, crews, subs, quality, and standards of craftsmanship, safety, and constructibility.
• Accountable for refining systems in estimating, job costing, and KPI tracking using Aspire.

• Degree in Landscape Design or related field preferred

• Base salary $65,000-$90,000 + bonus based on net profit of delivered projects

As sales and installation project leader, you will be accountable to grow the project pipeline, and own full project management to client sign-off:

• Accountable financial/operational excellence refining systems and processes in estimating, job costing, and KPI's utilizing Aspire
