Landscape Designer - Job Description

Role: Landscape Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling and maintaining client appointments
2. Designing, bidding, and assisting with project management for the Landscape Division
3. Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard
4. Obtaining customer payments for services provided
5. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
6. Follows directions from Division Manager
7. Aware of goals and timelines for project progress and completion
8. Timely completion of required paperwork and forms
9. Completed project handoff report to Maintenance Division
10. Establish positive relationships with clients/leads
11. Work with clients to design creative outdoor living spaces
12. Maintain open communication with landscape production crew during installation process
13. High attention to detail and holds self and team to maintaining high standards for job completion
14. Open to feedback from division manager and teammates
15. Meets with the divisional manager regularly to discuss tasks and project timelines
16. Completes projects/goals in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

1. Degree in Landscape Design or Landscape Architecture
2. Proficient in Dynascape/Autocadd
3. 3 years landscape industry experience
4. Detail oriented & team oriented
5. Valid driver’s license

Preferred:

1. 3-5 years Landscape Design experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year, commission based on gross sales.
