Stauffers of Kissel Hill is seeking a full-time position at our Mechanicsburg Home & Garden Store. Shift is Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm. Cad experience preferred; associate degree or equivalent required. Job includes assisting customers with plant selection, landscaping designs, and coordinating orders and deliveries.

We value teamwork and offer on-the-job training and leadership growth opportunities. Expect to lift up to 60 lbs and work in varied weather conditions.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• CAD experience preferred.
• Willing to perform all tasks to assure smooth operation of the division.

Responsabilidades

• Advise and assist customer in selection and maintenance of plants.
• Assist in merchandising of products to develop new markets and increase share of market.
• Meet with potential customers at the store or clients' site, design landscapes to customer specifications.
• Process sales orders, coordinate delivery or pickup of materials, and follow up for complete satisfaction.
• Provide a design, materials list and cost estimate to customers in a timely manner.
• Willing to perform all tasks necessary to assure the smooth operation of the division.
• Exposed to outside weather conditions; regular lifting up to 60 pounds.
