Exscape Group, a rapidly growing landscape design firm, seeks a Landscape Design Project Manager to lead design, business development, and project execution. You will oversee client relationships, design-build processes, and profitability across outdoor living spaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; Landscape Architecture degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of landscape/hardscape design and estimating with sales background.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience with Aspire ERP is a plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to foster a respectful workplace.
• Experience in performance management is desirable.
• Community involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape and hardscape designs using industry-standard software.
• Lead business development activities to expand client base.
• Manage project pipelines from backlog to completion.
• Estimate costs aligning with profit margins.
• Define scope, review bids, and approve invoices.
• Serve as primary client liaison throughout design-build.
• Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability.
• Schedule 30/60/365 day follow-ups and site visits.
• Foster positive client relationships and exceptional service.
