• Plants and maintains outdoor display areas using approved organic controls.
• Determines propagation methods and raises floricultural crops.
• Maintains greenhouse facilities and indoor winter care for exotic plants.
• Removes substandard plants and conducts annual autumn cleanup.
• Manages equipment and supplies; helps control inventory.
• Uses horticultural equipment and a Boys Town vehicle as needed.
• Assists with snow removal and weather cleanup.
