Job summary

Landscape Services, Inc. is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to join our field team in the Tennessee area. You will perform mowing, trimming, planting, clean-up tasks, and outdoor property maintenance, working under a Crew Leader.

You’ll operate standard tools and equipment, comply with safety procedures and PPE, and contribute to snow removal as needed. Training is provided; lifting 50+ lbs and long hours are routine. Excellent reliability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• No prior landscaping experience required; training provided.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds
• Use hand tools and power equipment (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers)
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable)
