Job summary

Landscape Workshop is seeking field crew leaders for full-time outdoor landscaping work in Nolensville, TN. Base pay is $31.00 per hour, with duties including lawn care, plantings, and property maintenance.

You will prepare trucks, coordinate crews, and ensure excellent client communication. Ideal candidates are comfortable working outside in various weather conditions, can lift 50 lbs, and hold a valid US driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and leverage up to 80 pounds of walk-behind mowers.
• Safely operate landscaping equipment.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Valid US Driver's License & clean driving record (Crew Leaders & Field Managers only).

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, weed and fertilize lawns.
• Plantings and flower installation.
• Leaf blowing, tree pruning and shrub trimming for properties.
• Prepare work trucks daily with crew.
• Coordinate and drive crews along maintenance route (Field Managers).
• Communicate with the client for excellent customer experience (Field Managers).
