Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to execute small-scale landscaping and maintain grounds for commercial properties. The role involves outdoor work, operating lawn and landscape equipment, and performing plantings and upgrades.

Candidates should have up to 6 months of landscaping experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work in various weather conditions. Wage is $18–$21 per hour, with benefits discussed during interview.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Current driver license.
• Knowledge to adjust sprinkler heads and follow cement pours.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, replanting of lawn, converting lawn areas to planters or vice versa.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment including a 36" mower, blower, gas powered trimmer.
• Water plants, lawns and gardens; apply fertilizer per standards.
• Dig trenches and set up cement forms for sidewalk replacement.
• Handle tools and transport materials between sites.
• Maintain grounds of commercial properties.
