Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking an Enhancement Laborer to perform small scale landscaping operations and maintain grounds of commercial properties. This role involves physical outdoor work and operating basic landscaping equipment.

The position offers hourly pay from $18.00 to $21.00, depending on experience and licenses, with potential for growth within a growing national landscape company. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• 6 months of commercial landscape experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver license.
• Ability to operate lawn and landscape equipment.
• Knowledge to adjust and regulate sprinkler heads and water application.
• Experience with cement preparation and finishing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform plant removal, lawn replanting, and converting lawn areas to planters and vice versa.
• Back up to interior landscaping maintenance, gardening, irrigation, and grounds roles as needed.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools.
• Water plants, lawns, and gardens and apply fertilizer as scheduled.
• Remove materials from site and transport between locations.
