You will operate common landscaping equipment, assist foremen, and perform tasks such as digging, planting, trimming, and cleanup in varying weather conditions. A strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of landscaping experience.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as trimmers, blowers, mowers, weed wackers, tampers, and other small machines.
• Assist with landscape installations under the direction of the foreman.
• Perform tasks like shoveling, raking, planting, digging, bending, kneeling, and mowing.
• Help prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges; dispose of trimmings properly.
• Identify and remove weeds.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; dispose of debris and waste properly.
• Load and unload materials from trucks at job sites as needed.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers.
