Job summary

Signature Landscape in Kansas is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to perform mowing, trimming, planting and clean-up on commercial properties. You\'ll work outdoors year-round with safe equipment and a team-driven approach.

This role offers steady hours, seasonal snow duties when needed, training provided, and a supportive crew. You should be able to lift 50 lbs, work in all weather, and maintain a positive, dependable attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscaping is a plus but training provided.
• Lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours.
• Works in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license preferred (DOT where applicable).
• Positive attitude, reliable attendance, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, blow, and clean commercial properties.
• Prune trees and shrubs; plant flowers and maintain beds.
• Use hand tools and power equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers).
• Follow safety procedures and wear provided PPE.
• Work as part of a crew with daily direction from your Crew Leader.
• Load/unload equipment and maintain cleanliness of trucks/tools.
• Assist with snow removal duties during winter (where applicable).
