The Budd Group is seeking a Landscape Crew Member to maintain client grounds outdoors in Charlottesville, VA. You will operate equipment for mowing, edging, and trimming, and help with mulching and planting to keep properties vibrant and well-kept.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of landscaping experience, can lift 35 lbs repeatedly, and bring a reliable, collaborative work ethic to a God-honoring team that supports career growth and offers benefits.

• Maintaining clean job sites and completing other duties assigned by your supervisor.
