Job summary

ProScapes Lawn, Landscape & Snow is a locally owned company serving residential and commercial clients throughout the Twin Cities. We are seeking a reliable landscape laborer to install trees, shrubs, sod, and other materials, assist with site prep, and help build hardscape features.

You will load and move materials, operate basic landscape tools, and collaborate with a crew to deliver high-quality results. Competitive pay and benefits accompany steady local work in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Landscape or construction experience preferred; willing to learn.
• Ability to perform physical outdoor work, including lifting and moving landscape materials.
• Comfortable working outside in changing weather conditions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take direction.
• Ability to work well with a crew and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Experience operating landscape equipment (skid steers, compact loaders) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, mulch, landscape rock, edging, and other materials.
• Assist with site preparation, demolition, grading, soil preparation, and cleanup.
• Help construct patios, retaining walls, steps, and other hardscape features.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools and landscape materials.
• Operate hand tools and landscape equipment safely; equipment experience is a plus.
• Follow direction from crew leads and work efficiently as a team.
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites.
• Communicate respectfully with coworkers, customers, and property managers.
• Follow safety procedures and take care of company tools, vehicles, and equipment.
