Job summary

High Meadow Development is seeking a motivated Lawn Care Worker to join our landscaping team. You will operate mowers, leaf blowers, weed eaters, and other common tools while performing lawn and tree maintenance for businesses and residences.

Experience is preferred but not required, and you must be reliable and able to lift up to 50 pounds. The role values a proactive, safety-conscious approach and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• A valid driver's license and clean driving record. License is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift upwards of 50 pounds and bend, lift, and stand for extended periods.
• Familiarity with common landscaping equipment.
• Prior experience or work in lawn maintenance (preferred).
• Reliable and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Use mowers, weed eaters, and common hand tools to trim grass, edge lawn areas, and maintain nearby plants and foliage
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, maintaining energy and pace along with the team
