Job summary

Sibley Landscape Management LLC is looking for a skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team in Grand Haven, Michigan. You will be responsible for maintaining grounds through various tasks, including mowing, pruning, and clean-ups to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our customers.

We seek dedicated individuals with prior experience in lawn maintenance and a positive attitude. Your role will include interaction with customers and performing quality work in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred.
• Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools.
• Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time.
• Willing to work in all weather elements.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, including shovels, rakes, and pruning saws.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment like mowers and snow blowers.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges using shears or pruners.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.

We are looking for a skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Member to join our team! You will maintain grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, pruning, spring & fall clean ups with the goal of creating beautiful and well‑groomed outdoor spaces for our customers.

You are hard‑working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Past experience in lawn maintenance preferred and a positive attitude is a must!

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes.
• Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin‑axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain‑saws, electric clippers, or pruning saws.
• Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws.
• Gather and remove litter.
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
