Job Description:

Maintenance Crew members are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of hard and softscape products, including plants, groundscape, lighting, and mulch. They are also responsible for the overall maintenance of job sites, specific to client requests and contracts.

• Site Installation: Installation of plants, ground cover, lighting.
• Site Maintenance: Management of installed plants, ground cover (gravel, mulch, etc.), fertilization, watering, weeding, and general site cleanup.
• Plant Care: Proactively identify plants in distress or needing replacement. Provide plant information to the maintenance manager for appropriate action.
• Plant Monitoring: Identify plants that need to be swapped out or are in distress and alert the Maintenance Manager.

Experience is a plus.
