Job Description:

Maintenance Crew members are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of hardscape and softscape products, including plants, groundscape, lighting, and mulch. They are also responsible for the overall maintenance of job sites, tailored to client requests and contracts.

• Site Installation: Installing plants, ground cover, and lighting.
• Site Maintenance: Managing installed plants, ground cover (gravel, mulch, etc.), fertilization, watering, weeding, and site cleanup.
• Plant Care: Identifying plants in distress or needing replacement and reporting to the maintenance manager for action.
